Office or Bedroom: Directly beyond the bathroom is a private area currently used as an office. A barrier made of steel, wheels and concrete board acts as a divider. The West wall is has been constructed to comply with earthquake standards and is approximately 18″ thick. To North is floor to ceiling custom made cabinet allowing for a huge amount of storage space. A metal door is adjacent acting as a closet is large enough to hold a 4-drawer lateral cabinet. A walk-in closet occupies the opposite wall. If desired, a full size bed or hide-a-bed could easily fit in this area replacing the desk.
Services: The unit is outfitted with an expandable 110 / 220 power box, dedicated circuit for the computer server area and dedicated 25 pair wire feed for phone lines, DSL or T-1 connections as required. Cox Cable service is also available.

Commercial Use: The unit has been zoned for light industrial and or living. If you have a full or part time business there is no better place to hang your sign. The City of San Diego as well as the Cable Building H.O.A. allows full use of this space for a number of businesses. There are only two units in the building that comply with both the commercial zoning and H.O.A. rules.
